English abstract

The presentation reviews the main activities of the first librarian consortium in Bulgaria - Bulgarian Information Consortium (BIC) during 2005 and its forthcoming projects. It is also presented the latest news of the General Assembly to the international coalition eIFL net in Vilnius, Lithuania.
