English abstract

It describes the program of inclusion of the libraries of the Catholic University of Chile and the services offered through audiobooks, relief texts and Braille. The implementation of the digital library for students with special educational needs is highlighted.

Se describe el programa de inclusión de las bibliotecas de la Universidad Católica de Chile y los servicios ofrecidos a través de audiolibros, textos en relieve y braille. Se destaca la implementación de la biblioteca digital para los alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales.
