English abstract

This document shows the first descriptive results of the application of the Vasconcelos Library Questionnaire to Visitors 2014 instrument in order to identify the main characteristics of the users and visitors to know general aspects of the operation of this equipment: who uses it? Why do they use it? How often do they visit and / or use their spaces and services? Do they participate in their activities? how do they get there? What do they usually do?

En el presente documento se muestran los primeros resultados descriptivos del Cuestionario a Visitantes 2014 con el fin de identificar las principales características de los usuarios y visitantes para conocer aspectos generales de este equipamiento: ¿quiénes lo usan? ¿para qué lo usan? ¿con qué frecuencia la visitan y/o utilizan sus espacios y servicios? ¿participan en sus actividades? ¿cómo llegan? ¿qué acostumbran hacer? ¿aproximadamente, cómo son sus otros consumos culturales?
