English abstract
Creativity is indispensable in transmedia productions, as it is the basis for generating a great franchise for the entertainment of children. The study details the actions and competencies the producer in his own creative model, being an interpretative research study of two case studies on children's transmedia animation brands. The observations, interviews and analysis of documents were conducted according to the grounded theory, which is perfect for the interpretations of information in social sciences. The results show a co-creative model between producers, fixed departmental teams, young freelance or hired artists-designers, external companies and fans, as well as creative co-creation in the writing of the script or teaser, solving problems of any kind, design tasks and innovation in R&D, generating savings in time, production costs, dynamism and innovation.

La creatividad es imprescindible en las producciones transmedia, se sitúa en la base para generar una buena franquicia de entretenimiento infantil. En el estudio se detallan las acciones y competencias del productor en su propio modelo creativo, investigación interpretativa de dos estudios de casos sobre marcas transmedia infantiles de animación. Observaciones, entrevistas y análisis de documentos siguiendo la teoría fundamentada, perfecta para la interpretación de información en el área de ciencias sociales. Los resultados alcanzados muestran un modelo co-creativo entre productores, equipo fijo departamental, artistasdiseñadores jóvenes freelance o contratados, empresas externas y fans; co-creación creativa en la redacción del guion o teaser, resolución de problemas de cualquier índole, tareas de diseño e innovación en I+D generando ahorro en tiempos, costes de producción, dinamicidad e innovación.
