English abstract
Knowledge management consist nowadays in a wide range of practices. However there are two basic concepts in the Knowledge literature: Tacit and Explicit knowledge. This article suggests to conceptualize both concepts related to ‘the reality’, and proposes a basic model for acquisition, creation and transmission of knowledge, introducing the ideas of ‘Organic knowledge’ and ‘Inorganic knowledge’.
Spanish abstract
La gestión del conocimiento hoy en día consiste en una amplia gama de prácticas. Sin embargo, hay dos conceptos que son básicos en la literatura del conocimiento: los conocimientos "tácitos" y "explícitos". Este artículo propone conceptualizar los conceptos relacionados con 'la realidad', y propone un modelo básico para la adquisición, creación y transmisión de conocimiento, la introducción de las ideas de 'Conocimiento orgánico' y 'Conocimiento inorgánico'.
