English abstract
During the second half of the decade, the use of the blog became widespread and the school libraries in Argentina gave the opportunity to disseminate varied information. In 2010 more than 300 school library blogs generated content, but with the explosion of the Web 2.0 response and the publication of social networks The use of the blog was decreasing. Almost a decade later a new trend is observed: many school libraries are present on the Web -actively- through the Instagram social network. "What about school libraries today?" And "Why do many school libraries choose Instagram?"
