English abstract

In Ukraine the inclusive literature gains more and more topicality and dynamic development, including editions, made specifically for people with special studying needs, like books with Braille. Only according to the magazine “Lancet” there are 36 million blind people in the world and this amount can go up to 115 million till 2050”. In the last ten years the society made huge step in help for blind people. The big contribution in development of new informational technologies in this profile was made by the scientists from Canada, Deutschland, USA, France, Sweden, Japan. The novelty of research is in implementation of new tehnologies for processing and giving informational content in processes of teaching people with visual impairments.

Ця стаття має на меті висвітлення окремих наявних проблем сучасного книговидання як суспільного та культурного явища – складової національного інформаційного простору. Автор показує ретроспективу розвитку, злети та падіння випуску книжкової продукції як за кількістю випущених видань, так і за накладами. Зроблено аналіз випуску книг і брошур за тиражними групами, за цільовим призначенням та за укрупненими тематичними розділами. Розглянуто окремі аспекти системи розповсюдження видавничої продукції. Проілюстровані характерні проблеми галузі та тенденції розвитку, роль держави у цих процесах.
