English abstract

Nielsen, M. (2009) argues that Open Science is a cycle of open partnerships between stakeholders, researchers, journalists, financiers, government policy makers and the public in terms of access to information related to scientific discovery and research, discuss the findings and allow the findings to be used by communities in need especially the lower classes without the commercial costs of upgrading the socioeconomic status of a country. In addition, a report by the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, & Directorate-General for Communications Networks Content and Technology of the European Commission (2015) defined that Open Science as a master term that connects various aspects of openness in research whether in the form of any kind of data analysis, resource, method or tool, at any stage of the research process with the aim of facilitating knowledge sharing with those in need
