English abstract

This paper aims to evaluate the Human Relations E-Learning Graduate Program of Ankara University, Turkey. Students of this program filled out a questionnaire form which includes both close-ended and open-ended questions. The results of the research revealed that there was a close similarity between the beginning goals of the program and its present situation. It is clear that these kinds of programs provide useful tools for creating a learning society.

Bu çalışma, Ankara Üniversitesi İnsan İlişkileri E-Öğrenme Yüksek Lisans Programını değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla söz konusu programın öğrencileri hem kapalı uçlu hem de açık uçlu soruları içeren bir anket formu doldurmuştur. Araştırma sonuçları, programın başlangıç hedefleri ile mevcut durumu arasında yakın bir benzerlik olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu tür programların öğrenen bir toplum yaratmak için yararlı araçlar sağladığı açıktır.
