English abstract
In order to promote an informationally inclusive university environmen, the first results of a research project that analyzes the level of accessibility to information of the Complutense University of Madrid are presented. Its response capacity is also studied so that people from the university community with functional diversity can access information. Initially, a diagnosis is made of three areas: the Complutense University website, the virtual campus and the library. A qualitative methodology, the interview, is applied to a sample of users with functional diversity to describe their informational behavior and their needs, habits and difficulties related to information. Interviews are also applied with those responsible for managing and maintaining the web portal, reviewing its services from the user's perspective, using specialized tools and software. In addition, an analysis of the policy of the Complutense University was carried out to take on the challenge of global accessibility, and the level of accessibility of teaching materials, their contents and formats, taking as a model the international guidelines of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

Con el propósito de promover un entorno universitario informacionalmente inclusivo, se presentan los primeros resultados de un proyecto de investigación que analiza el nivel de accesibilidad a la información de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, así como su capacidad de respuesta para que puedan acceder a la información personas de la comunidad universitaria con diversidad funcional. Inicialmente se hace un diagnóstico de tres áreas: el sitio web de la Universidad Complutense, el campus virtual y la biblioteca. Se aplica una metodología cualitativa, la entrevista, a una muestra de usuarios con diversidad funcional investigando su conducta informativa y sus necesidades, hábitos y dificultades relacionadas con la información. Se aplica también entrevistas con los responsables de gestión y mantenimiento del portal web, revisando sus servicios desde la perspectiva del usuario, mediante el uso de herramientas y software especializado. Además, se realizó un análisis de la política de la Universidad Complutense para asumir el reto de la accesibilidad global, y el nivel de accesibilidad de los materiales didácticos, sus contenidos y formatos tomando como modelo las directrices internacionales del W3C (World Wide Web Consortium)
