English abstract

During 4 days, during the 46th Congress and Conference of the International Federation for Information and Documentation (FID), Madrid, October 22-30, 1992, Tomàs Baiget and Francisca García-Sicilia, directors of the journal INFORMATION WORLD EN ESPAÑOL (IWE) (antecedent of PROFESIONAL DE LA INFORMACIÓN - EPI), produced a daily bulletin that was edited and printed overnight and it was distributed to the attendants at 10am in the morning. The edition was in charge of the Lasercom company, with Julio V. Fernández and Jesús Fernández, and the urgent printing was in charge of Graesal (Antonio Haro). The operation was coordinated by José García-Sicilia Montero, director of Compact Software International S.A.
