English abstract

In order to know the opinions of the students of the Librarianship career regarding the curricular contents, interviews were carried out with students belonging to educational institutions of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires, whose responses were analyzed and represented with statistics and graphs. Finally, some questions related to the understanding of the social role of the librarian and its eventual scope in relation to the discipline were deepened.

Con el objeto de conocer las opiniones de los estudiantes de la carrera de Bibliotecología en torno a los contenidos curriculares, se realizaron entrevistas a alumnos/as pertenecientes a instituciones educativas del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, cuyas respuestas fueron analizadas y representadas con estadísticas y gráficos. Por último, se profundizaron en algunos interrogantes vinculados con el entendimiento del rol social bibliotecario y sus eventuales alcances en relación a la disciplina.
