English abstract

When we use Open Access Publishing for our research works ; unlike in traditional publishing it is easy and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions. The public is granted full free use right under open licenses. The present article introduces Open Access policies and practices. and relevance of Copyleft and Creative Commons licenses in knowledge dissemination.
