English abstract

The growth of the internet and the developments in Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) highly influenced the teaching and learning process. Open Access Resource (OER) generally designated as teaching, learning, and research materials freely available under the Open License domain. This paper discusses the different segments of OER and evaluates their impact in the LIS domain
