English abstract

This guide is an adaptation of the 7th edition of the APA Publication Manual, focusing on the section on citations and bibliographic references. There is also an explanatory introduction about what are citations and references, why they are necessary and how to do them correctly. A wide selection of citation and reference examples of the different bibliographic formats is offered, ending with recommendations and advice. Finally, there is an explanation of how it should be cited and referenced when it is written in other languages, especially in English and Basque.

Esta guía es una adaptación de la 7ª edición del Publication Manual de la APA, centrándose en la parte de citas y referencias bibliográficas. También se realiza una introducción explicativa sobre qué son citas y referencias, por qué son necesarias y la forma de realizarlas correctamente. Sigue una amplia selección de ejemplos de cita y referencia de los diferentes formatos bibliográficos, para terminar con recomendaciones y consejos. Hay una explicación de cómo se debe citar y referenciar cuando se redacta en otros idiomas, en especial, en inglés y en euskera.
