English abstract

This paper is an attempt to develop a better circulation system in the Central Library of North Bengal University as the Library presently follows the blind of Browne and Newark charging-discharging circulation techniques. The authors prepared a model proposal indicating the use of RFID technology, preferred over Barcode.
