English abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic far exceeded all expectations and confronted us with a new labor paradigm. In the field of education, teachers, professors and students had to adapt to new ways of teaching and learning and in circumstances of stress and uncertainty. Non-university tertiary training also managed to overcome the challenge posed to us: we had to guarantee the students' knowledge without adequate tools. Universities have ad hoc campuses and platforms for their students. Many teachers who were university students or went through postgraduate degrees in the “distance” modality, we know that way of working. However, the majority of teacher training institutes had to adapt to this new "normality": virtuality. Over the course of months, we had to modify not only our lives, distancing ourselves from our loved ones, but also reorganizing everything that until then, we knew as "normality." At the same time, the way of teaching, learning, communicating and thinking about our students also changed drastically. Librarianship was not exempt from change and within it, academic activity knew how to respond in an educational and pedagogical framework little affected by innovations, without technological resources other than the personal ones of each teacher and institutions that, surprised, sought to accompany the march . Today, more than a year and a half after the declaration of the pandemic and the social, preventive and compulsory isolation, we can attempt a first analysis of the impact that retracing the process of teaching learning in this context. And ask ourselves some questions about the continuity of these forms of teaching / learning. The objective of the work carried out to present in these conferences was to investigate the experiences of teachers and students in the face of the paradigmatic change of social isolation and virtuality. Two surveys were carried out: one to the students of the FEB and N ° 56 institutes and another survey to the teachers of said institutes, as well as of other institutes of the province of Buenos Aires where the careers of Librarianship and Librarian of educational institutions.
