English abstract

At the end of 2021, we carried out an informal survey to find out the degree of job satisfaction of Catalan librarians. The objective was to obtain a fresh view of the situation of the group, to find out what motivates them, with what aspects of their work they are satisfied and in which they detect problems. This report shows the results of the survey, and briefly comments on some of the most relevant issues.

A finales del año 2021 llevamos a cabo una encuesta informal para conocer el grado de satisfacción laboral de los bibliotecarios catalanes. El objetivo era obtener un fresco de la situación del colectivo, conocer qué les motiva, con qué aspectos de su trabajo están satisfechos y en cuáles detectan problemas. Este informe muestra los resultados de dicha encuesta, y comenta brevemente algunas de las cuestiones más relevantes.
