English abstract

I will try to describe how a Hybrid library should work, considering the current IT requirements. I will put myself in the shoes of a professional user, not the librarian’s since I have never occupied such a position except for a three month internship during my early university days. We should not forget that this work aims to focus on Italian Libraries, therefore we should consider the different level of e-education of our country compared to England and the other countries.

Italian abstract

Cercherò di descrivere il funzionamento di una Biblioteca Ibrida, considerando i requisiti dell’IT. Mi metterò nei panni di un utente professionale (non in quello di un bibliotecario dal momento che ho occupato tale posizione per soli tre mesi). Non bisogna dimenticare che questo lavoro deve focalizzarsi sulle biblioteche italiane, di conseguenza andrò a considerare i diversi livelli di educazione on-line del nostro paese rispetto a quelli dell’Inghilterra e di altri stati.
