English abstract
The first day focused about two main topics: copyright and electronic publishing. Copyright is a very 'hot topic' everywhere in this period. A system of integrated services within the project CILEA Digital Library and Biblioteca telematica italiana were presented. Some problems and initiatives in the field of cooperation – in particular in biomedic sciences – were discussed at the 'Project' session during the second conference day. Italian situation was treated about the development of cooperation ways and a service managed within the CDL overall project (called Sistema Bibliotecario Biomedico Lombardo - SBBL). The other two sessions of the conference were dedicated to: 1) standards and protocols and 2) electronic document delivery. There were discussions about both the contradictions which appear when we try to manage some problems linked to the indexing of information available on the Internet, and the problems linked to the need of preserving documents in electronic format. It's necessary to overcome – for ILL too – the proprietay module in order to reach open standards: InterLibraryLoan is very important, also as a possible alternative to subscription.

La prima giornata è stata dominata da due argomenti principali: il copyright e l'editoria elettronica. Il copyright è di scottante attualità ovunque in questo momento. Sono stati presentati un sistema di servizi integrati dentro il progetto CILEA Digital Library e la "Biblioteca telematica italiana". I problemi e le iniziative nel campo della cooperazione e in particolare nel settore biomedico sono stati ripresi nella sessione Project del secondo giorno del convegno. Si è parlato della situazione italiana relativamente allo sviluppo di forme di cooperazione e di un servizio gestito all'interno del progetto complessivo CDL (il Sistema Bibliotecario Biomedico Lombardo - SBBL). Le altre due sessioni del convegno sono state dedicate, rispettivamente agli standard e protocolli e all'electronic document delivery. Si è discusso delle contraddizioni che si aprono quando si tenta di affrontare i problemi legati ad un'indicizzazione delle informazioni circolanti in Internet, e dei problemi legati alla necessità di conservazione dei documenti in formato elettronico. E' necessario superare anche per l'ILL il modulo di tipo proprietario per arrivare a standard aperti: l'InterLibraryLoan è molto importante, anche come possibile alternativa all'abbonamento.
