English abstract

Librarian is a teacher without classroom, but the importance of librarian is not as expected. Only the persons who loves library, going library or attached with library will understand the importance of a librarian. As per UGC guideline librarian position is categorized as academic staff and they are equal to other teaching positions. Library is the heart of an educational institution and an professional librarian will able to develop the library. Many libraries are running without professional librarians.
