English abstract

Creating a digital library in universities with the aim of helping education and research and remote services to students, faculty members and researchers has become a duty of university libraries. In order to perform this task, it is necessary to study, research, plan, become familiarized with the appropriate tools, and create steps of implementing and updating the digital library. Digital libraries using electronic and digital resources enable librarians to provide better and faster services to their users.
