English abstract
This document is a chair file prepared within the framework of the classes of the subject Administration and organization of libraries of the career of Librarian of Educational Institutions that is dictated in the Institute of Teacher and Technical Training No. 8. It addresses contents of unit 3 of the current program that deals with the administration of resources. In this file, the human resource is developed in particular. in the BIE. A theoretical approximation is made from the notion of function, that was worked on in previous lessons and we proceed to delimit the role from binding regulations. The sheet proposes an activity of application based on a classic management tool: the manual of procedures. As a central axis, the class is worked with main interest the role of the professional in school librarianship as administrator both in a practical sense to think about the management of the resources of the Library of Educational Institutions (BIE) at the same time that it is conceived as a public policy agent. In this sense, both in matters technical, administrative, pedagogical and social is proposed to the student reflection on some paradigms related to his role.

El presente documento es una ficha de cátedra elaborada en el marco de las clases de la materia Administración y organización de bibliotecas de la carrera de Bibliotecario de Instituciones Educativas que se dicta en el Instituto de Formación Docente y Técnica n° 8. Aborda contenidos de la unidad 3 del programa vigente que versa sobre la administración de recursos. En esta ficha se desarrolla particularmente el recurso humano en la BIE. Se realiza una aproximación teórica desde la noción de función, que se trabajó en lecciones precedentes y se procede a delimitar el rol desde la normativa vinculante. La ficha propone una actividad de aplicación a partir de una herramienta clásica de gestión: el manual de procedimientos. Como eje central la clase se trabaja con principal interés el rol de la y el profesional en bibliotecología escolar como administrador tanto en un sentido práctico para pensar la gestión de los recursos de la Biblioteca de Instituciones Educativas (BIE) a la vez que se lo concibe como agente de la política pública. En este sentido tanto en cuestiones técnicas, administrativas, pedagógicas y sociales se propone al estudiante la reflexión sobre algunos paradigmas vinculados con su rol.
