Rapport général rédigé pour l’ INIST par Jack Franklin (ASFRA BV) - Edam, Pays-Bas (Novembre 2002). Le but du présent rapport est de faire ressortir les principaux problèmes liés aux évolutions des technologies du libre accès et à leur adoption dans le monde de l’information scientifique, technique et médicale.
