English abstract

This paper discusses various aspects of re-engineering of libraries such as its definition, need and trends. Also, various applications for re-engineering of libraries also discussed. Authors recommended that reengineering is the best option to satisfy the demands and requirements pf users and adopting of these techniques can largely attract the users.
