English abstract

Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of information literacy on the entrepreneurial capabilities of graduate students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at Razi University of Kermanshah. Method: The current research is a survey-analytical study. This research is a correlational research design. The statistical population of the research includes all post-graduate students (N=280) and using Cochran's formula, the number of samples obtained is equal to 162 people. The sampling method in this research is simple random sampling. After collecting the questionnaires, they were analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 22. In the inferential statistics section, Pearson's correlation coefficient and linear regression tests were used to analyze the data and hypotheses. For the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests were analyzed. Findings: The results indicate that information literacy significantly impacts entrepreneurial abilities and all of its dimensions. Conclusion: Based on this research, governments can implement policies to improve students' information literacy within their programs. This could include holding meetings, seminars, and conferences focused on information literacy for all majors. Additionally, two units of study should be incorporated into the students' curriculum.
