English abstract

The library plays a very important role in the research of the professors. Without the library, the research work of the professors cannot be completed. Therefore, the library is attracting the researchers through various information technology initiatives. The library has become an important information center and the professors are using it for research and these professors are providing new information to the students. This research paper has discussed in detail the developmental role that libraries are playing in the research work of the professors.

प्राध्यापकाच्या संशोधन करण्यासाठी ग्रंथालयाची फार मोठी भूमिका आहे. ग्रंथालयाशिवाय प्राध्यापकांचे संशोधनकार्य पूर्ण होणे अशक्य आहे. म्हणून ग्रंथालय वेगवेगळ्या माहिती तंत्रज्ञानाच्या उपक्रमातून संशोधक प्राध्यापकांना आकर्षित करत आहेत. ग्रंथालय ही महत्त्वाची माहिती केंद्र बनली आहेत व याचाच उपयोग प्राध्यापकांना संशोधनासाठी होऊन हेच प्राध्यापक विद्यार्थाना नवनवीन माहिती देत आहेत. ग्रंथालये प्राध्यापकांच्या संशोधन कार्यांत विकासात्मक भूमिका बजावत आहेत याविषयी या संशोधन पेपर मध्ये अढावात्मक चर्चा केली आहे.
