English abstract

The study identifies the key factors and mechanisms through which Open Educational Resources (OER) and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) can enhance inclusivity and accessibility and its potential benefits for its stakeholders. Authors also examines the best practices and challenges related to Quality Assurance in OER and MOOCs and suggest that its full potential can be utilized by upholding best practices and addressing challenges.
