Data was collected from the OpenDOAR site on September 23, 2024, analyzing growth, repository type, subject coverage, content, language, and software. It covers 98 Ukrainian repositories, 96.94% of the total, with many registered in 2019. English is the primary interface language (79.2%), followed by Ukrainian and Russian. Common subjects are science, technology, and social sciences, focusing on journal articles and theses. DSpace is the dominant software, used by 88.78%. These findings provide insights for policymakers and institutions, benchmarking Ukraine's progress and identifying areas for strategic growth.
