English abstract

This article synthesizes the foundations of open science, reviews key practices such as Open Access, Open Data, and Open Peer Review, and examines supporting infrastructures, policies, and ethical considerations. Drawing on frameworks including the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science, Plan S, and the FAIR and CARE principles, the paper highlights pathways for inclusive and sustainable research ecosystems, concluding that successful adoption requires sustained investment, aligned policies, and global equity in digital capacity.
