English abstract
This study analyzes the research output of the top five pharmacy institutions ranked in NIRF 2022 using 18,209 Scopus records from 2017–2021. Data were analyzed using MS Excel and VOSviewer to examine publication growth, prolific authors, and international collaboration. BITS Pilani had the highest publication share (40.75%), while S. Thakur from Panjab University was the most prolific author with 707 publications. Panjab University also showed the highest international collaboration. The study highlights leading pharmacy institutions in India.
