English abstract

When the historical development of the humanity is analyzed, which is appraised that this one has experienced a proportional evolution to the knowledge, and that is translated in a great volume of information available. In the last years an exponential increase of the scientific information has been observed, in addition to remarkable advances in the form to communicate it.

Spanish abstract

Cuando se analiza el desarrollo histórico de la humanidad, se aprecia que ésta ha experimentado una evolución proporcional al conocimiento del medio circundante, lo cual se traduce en un gran volumen de información disponible. Tanto es así, que en los últimos años se ha observado un aumento exponencial de la información científica, además de notables avances en la forma de comunicarla.
