English abstract

In 1990, there was a change in the UDC, for the subject field Physical chemistry. Modifications and amendments for this class have been accepted by the National Library of Serbia and have been incorporated in the bibliographic description. In the absence of original UDC Tables, Libraries of Serbia are not able to pursue and to use these changes. The conversion from old (canceled) to new indexes, for the subject field Physical Chemistry, has been given with Comparative Tables, allowing the untroubled work on the professional classification, even in other Library Centers. The Universal Decimal Classification, First Edition in Serbo-Croatian, from 1984. and Extensions and corrections to the UDC, Series 14, No 1, from 1990 have been used as resources for Information.

Serbian abstract

Godine 1990. došlo je do izmene UDK za stručnu grupu fizička hemija. Izmene i dopune za ovu stručnu grupu prihvaćene su u Narodnoj biblioteci Srbije i ugrađene su kao deo bibliografskog opisa. U nedostatku originala UDK tablica biblioteke u Srbiji nisu u mogućnosti da prate i koriste ove izmene. Uporednim tabelama data je konverzija sa starih (poništenih) na nove indekse za stručnu grupu fizička hemija, tako da je omogućen nesmetan rad na stručnoj klasifikaciji i u drugim bibliotečkim centrima. Kao izvori informacija korišćeni su Univerzalna decimalna klasifikacija, prvo srpskohrvatsko izdanje iz 1984. godine, i Extensions and corrections to the UDC, series 14 No 1. iz 1990. godine.
