English abstract
When a university inaugurates a library as if it was an extraordinary event years after the university institution is working already, the joy of the event would have to go accompanied of perplexity because, meanwhile, nobody has been wondered how it has been able to work the university without library.
Spanish abstract
Cuando una universidad inaugura una biblioteca como si se tratase de un acontecimiento extraordinario años después de que la institución universitaria se encuentre ya funcionando, la alegría del evento debería ir acompañada de perplejidad porque, mientras tanto, nadie se ha preguntado cómo ha podido funcionar la universidad sin biblioteca.
