English abstract

This academic-investigative work looks for displaying a new way to create sensitivity and to educate in the field of the service management and information marketing useful not only for the work of teaching, but also for the work of personnel management and the education of users in libraries, starting off from the fact that, for a good management and marketing of modern organizations, it is necessary to consider the interrelation between the knowledge acquired socially, the common sense and the theoretical-practical concepts, for which, the proverb and sayings, given their universality, can carry out a very important function

Este trabajo académico-investigativo busca presentar una forma novedosa de sensibilización y formación en el campo del la gerencia del servicio y mercadeo de la información que sea útil tanto para la labor de docencia como la para la labor de gestión de personal y educación de usuarios en unidades de información, partiendo de la afirmación que, para la buena gerencia y mercadeo de las organizaciones modernas, es necesaria la interrelación entre los conocimientos adquiridos socialmente, el sentido común y los conceptos teórico-prácticos, para lo cual, los refranes, por su universalidad, pueden cumplir una función muy valiosa.
