English abstract

In the analysis of the services based on digital electronic resources new specific parameters, more and more particular, are used to evaluate in a more accurate manner the usage of the same services. These indicators are oriented to evaluate and improve the efficiency of the services and to measure of the costs. We want to stress the importance of the cost/use analysis, that provides a meaningful information on the efficiency of the services, studying the balance between the rates of investments and the rates of accesses. Further parameters will be created comparing the accesses to the subscribed titles and the accesses to the non-subscribed titles for each subscriber to manage in the best way the resources within a consortium agreement.

Nell'analisi dei servizi basati su risorse elettroniche digitali vengono utilizzati indicatori sempre più specifici al fine di una valutazione accurata degli stessi. Questi indicatori sono orientati a migliorare l'efficienza dei servizi ed alla misurazione dei costi. Si vuole evidenziare l'importanza dell'analisi costo/utilizzo che fornisce un'indicazione significativa sull'efficienza del servizio ossia sul livello di equilibrio raggiunto fra le quote di investimento e le quote di accessi. Ulteriori indicatori saranno forniti dall'analisi degli accessi del posseduto/non posseduto di ogni singolo sottoscrittore per mantenere una corretta gestione delle risorse all'interno di una iniziativa consortile.
