Abstract(s)
This paper analyses the bibliographic nature of the novo-Hispanic preaching, as well as the documental and patrimonial value that it has acquired as a source of knowledge. It is emphasized the task of documental rescue of one of the most comprehensive collections of novo-Hispanic preaches in Mexico, which is maintained by the Library "Eusebio Francisco Kino de la Compañía de Jesús." Este trabajo analiza la naturaleza bibliográfica del sermón novohispano, así como el valor documental y patrimonial que han adquirido como fuente de conocimiento. Se hace énfasis en la tarea de rescate documental de una de las colecciones de sermones novohispanos más completa que se conserva en México, custodiada por la Biblioteca Eusebio Francisco Kino de la Compañía de Jesús.
