English abstract

Over the years, we have been loohing for a librarian co-operation in a mundial level. Organisms as IFLA have tried to reunite participants to work for a common cause: the development of the libraries, the librarians, the services and products of information, and the free access to the information for all the sectors of the population.

Durante años, se ha buscado una cooperación bibliotecaria a nivel mundial. Organismos como IFLA han tratado de reunir participantes de todo el mundo para trabajar por una causa común: el desarrollo de las bibliotecas, los bibliotecarios, los servicios y productos de información, y el libre acceso a la información por todos los sectores de la población.
