Abstract(s)
An state of the art of the electronic journals in year 2000 is presented. Most concepts still are worthwhile to be read: the "Wal-Mart effect", Cross-Ref, access models, Digital Island, Lockss project, Open Archives Initiative, digital repositories, Fathom, etc. This means that the year 2000 was crucial for the development of the electronic journals.
Se presenta el estado del arte de las revistas electrónicas. Muchos de los conceptos que se referencian en el documento siguen siendo vigentes como por ejemplo: "Wal-Mart effect", CrossRef, modelos de acceso, Digital Island, Lockss project, Open Archives Initiative, repositorios digitales, Fathom, etc. Eso quiere decir que el 2000 fue un año crucial para el desarrollo de las revistas electrónicas.
