English abstract

The author expose the situation of the analysis and retrieval of information legal resources in Chile,. Explain the structure of national law, show sources, services and electronic national and international information resources legal, such as: Anfitrion, Library of the Congress of Chile, Lexchile, viajurídica, Government of Chile. Between the foreign resources they are: Vlex of Spain, Findlaw/Lawcrawler of the United States, Institute of legal investigations of the Unam of Mexico, Virtual library Lawschool Indiana University, Data base Teleley of Peru, pages of associations like lawyers in Internet, of nongovernmental and international Organisms like the UN, Amnesty or the OIT, and personal pages like the one of Jose White Manuel, Jesus Rivaya or the maintained one by Ma. Fernanda Peset. One concludes with some reflections around the market of the legal sources, retrieval versus compilation in Internet, and the professional participation in the scope of the legal information.

Spanish abstract

Se presenta la situación actual del recurso de información jurídica en Chile, desde el punto de vista de su análisis y recuperación. Asímismo, a partir de la estructura de nuestro derecho, se hace una revisión de fuentes, servicios y recursos de información jurídica nacionales e internacionales electrónicos, tales como : Anfitrión, Biblioteca del Congreso de Chile, Lexchile, viajurídica, Gobierno de Chile. Entre los recursos extranjeros están: Vlex de España, Findlaw/Lawcrawler de Estados Unidos, Instituto de investigaciones jurídicas de la Unam de México, Biblioteca virtual de la escuela de Derecho de la Universidad de Indiana, Base de Datos Teleley de Perú, páginas de asociaciones como abogados en internet, de Organismos no gubernamentales e internacionales como la ONU, Amnesty o la OIT, y páginas personales como la de José Manuel Blanco, Jesús Rivaya o la mantenida por Ma. Fernanda Peset. Se concluye con algunas reflexiones en torno al mercado de la información jurídica, recuperación versus recopilación en Internet, y la participación profesional en el ámbito de la información jurídica.
