English abstract

The Forum of Science and Technique is aimed at stimulating the creation of national solutions - innovations and rationalizations - that give an answer to the lack of resources and to the limitations to acquire and import spare parts necessary to maintain the production and services in the country. It is stressed the role played by the information management to avoid the duplicity of efforts and to support research. The importance of the provincial groups of technological cooperation related to health and the environment is underlined. The necessary interrelation between the info services and creators is approached. The possibilites offered by the consultation of the fora's database and of the banks of general solutions for the organizations are also described.

Spanish abstract

El Forum de Ciencia y Técnica tiene como objetivo fundamental estimular la generación de soluciones -innovaciones y racionalizaciones- nacionales que respondan a las carencias de recursos y las limitaciones para adquirir e importar las piezas de repuesto necesarias para mantener la producción y los servicios en el país. Se refiere la importancia de la gestión de información para evitar la duplicidad de esfuerzos y soportar las investigaciones. Se expone la importancia de los grupos de cooperación tecnológica provinciales vinculados con la salud y el medio ambiente. Se aborda la interrelación necesaria entre servicios de información y creadores. Se describen las posibilidades que ofrece la consulta de las bases de datos de los foros y de los bancos de soluciones generalizables para las organizaciones.
