No proceedings were published. Among the speakers and participants there was a variety of profiles: publishers, executive people of journals, researchers, analysts of scientific information, librarians, document makers, specialized blog webmasters... This interesting mix generated alive debates, with contrasting points of view. One of the conclusions was the role of advice and aid that has to carry out the Editing staff of a scientific journal. There are good authors (researchers) very bad at expressing themselves, to edit and to do graphics to improve their articles.
