English abstract

Authors describe technique of localizing free software KDE applications so the users may use free software on their own language. Authors presented possible scenarios when the group of localizers localize free software on laguage that does have several dialects. Although, the localization primer is written during the seminar on localization of free software on Romani language it may be used in various opportunities.
