English abstract

Some websites are specialized in the referencing of educational resources and their evaluation, as in the peer-review of scientific publications. But can their description, indexing and evaluation be done without knowing the context of use of the resource ? if so, what are the criteria ? Through a comparison of a few web sites offering educational resources, this article proposes an analysis of the functioning and the evaluation criteria in order to draw models of “description-evaluation” of these resources.
