Abstract(s)

This article analyze the different phases in the planning from the descriptive works in a company file, from the accomplishment of the classification picture to the edition of the instruments of description and the use of the technologies of archive of images in documents. Finally, the documentary guidelines to elaborate a guide of the archive, procedures and sources occur.

El artículo analiza las distintas fases en la planificación de los trabajos descriptivos en un archivo de empresa, desde la realización del cuadro de clasificación hasta la edición de los instrumentos de descripción y la utilización de las tecnologías de archivo de imágenes en los documentos. Por último, se dan las pautas para elaborar una guía del archivo, los procedimientos y las fuentes documentales.
