English abstract

Since January the bibliography of Saarland Univerisity (Germany) and its institutional repository, SciDok, are well integrated. Authors can register their newest publication in the bibliography and publish documents in SciDok with on single step. If authors decide to publish their documents later (after the registration in the bibliography), this also does not require any additional work by the authors: The bibliography dataset is simply copied to the institutional repository database and the document is published in SciDok. Furthermore each entry in the bibliography links to the fulltext in the repository. Nevertheless bibliography and repository can be search seperatly. This article focuses on conceptional and technical matters as well as on further developments.

German abstract

Seit Januar 2006 sind die Jahresbibliographie der Universität des Saarlandes und das Institutional Repository (der Volltextserver) der Universität des Saarlandes, SciDok, eng miteinander verzahnt. Das Veröffentlichen von Dokumenten in SciDok kann in einem Schritt mit der Titelmeldung in der Jahresbibliographie erfolgen. Zudem ist das nachträgliche Veröffentlichen in SciDok von Dokumenten zu Titeln in der Jahresbibliographie problemlos möglich. Die vorhandenen Daten in der Jahresbibliographie werden nach SciDok kopiert und das passende Dokument wird eingespielt, für die Wissenschaftler fällt kein zusätzlicher Aufwand an. Weiterhin werden in der Jahresbibliographie Links zu in SciDok vorhandenen Volltexten angezeigt. Beide Systeme Jahresbibliographie und SciDok sind aber weiterhin getrennt durchsuchbar. Der Artikel gibt Auskunft über konzeptionelle Überlegungen, technische Umsetzungen und geplante Weiterentwicklungen.
