Abstract(s)

This presentation is focused on the virtual library from the point of view of the change in the relation between librarian and user and approaches the main related aspects about management as: the need to guarantee the accessibility, the need to offer an integrated access to all the information resources, the need to preserve the new contents, the change that the use provides to the value of the information and the need to fit supply to demand and to personalize the access.

Esta presentación encara la biblioteca virtual desde el cambio de relación que supone entre bibliotecario/usuario y plantea los principales temas de gestión relacionados como son: la necesidad de garantizar la accesibilidad, la necesidad de ofrecer un acceso integrado a todos los recursos de información, la necesidad de preservar los nuevos contenidos, el cambio que el uso proporciona al valor de la información y la necesidad de ajustar la oferta a la demanda y personalizar los accesos.
