News (E-LIS: 4,000 e-prints deposited) email-casted by the author on the 2nd August 2006 to more than 6, 000 librarians from Ibero-American countries through email lists such as Biblio-Info-Sociedad, Biblio-Progresistas, Proinforomx, Infoesfera, Biblio-Peru, Biblio-Bolivia, Publicas, among others where it is mentioned that E-LIS is on celebration because it has exceeded the 4,000 e-prints deposited in its open archives.

Noticia diseminada por el autor el 2 de agosto 2006 a más de 6,000 bibliotecarios de Iberoamerica en distintas listas de correo electronico tales como Biblio-Info-Sociedad, Biblio-Progresistas, Proinforomx, Infoesfera, Biblio-Peru, Biblio-Bolivia, Publicas, entre otras donde se menciona que E-LIS está de fiesta porque ya ha sobrepasado los 4,000 documentos e-prints depositados en sus archivos abiertos.
