English abstract

Application of knowledge management approaches to the management of information in libraries, with the identification of three relevant areas: the emerging of gray literature and knowledge sharing on the web via OAI and SPT; the possibility of interaction between services and technologies on the web and the emerging of new benchmarks about information services; the development of social technologies and knowledge sharing towards the exploitation of tacit and collective knowledge.

Applicazione degli approcci del knowledge management alla gestione dell'informazione nelle biblioteche, con l'identificazione di tre aree rilevanti: l'emergere della "letteratura grigia" e la condivisione di conoscenza su web tramite OAI e SPT; la possibilità di interazione tra servizi e tecnologie su web e il delinearsi di nuovi benchmark relativi ai servizi informativi; lo sviluppo delle tecnologie partecipative e di condivisione della conoscenza verso la valorizzazione della conoscenza tacita e collettiva.
