This paper is an attempt to check how far and in what aspects the computer technology can be used by colleges to strengthen library facilities and to improve the quality of resources, their organization and services. The study finds that computers can be used for revitalizing college library system at 33% less cost than that is required for traditional methods. Library will also get computer systems, which can be used for providing additional facilities without any extra investment.
